THE COLORED EGG STORY

Nestled in Gainesville, Georgia, The Colored Egg has been providing locals with freshly baked goods since 2009. Our name comes from the Aracauna Chicken which are originally from Chile. They are also known as the "Easter Egg Chicken" because of the colored eggs the hens lay. Kathy raises Aracaunas at home on her farm and holds the same philosophy for The Colored Egg business: fresh and pure ingredients are best.

The Colored Egg aims to provide food that is well prepared and well presented. In order to do so, we are up before the chickens, baking fresh for you daily.
